Apocalyptic Israel

You say Israel is blind by her fault.
But for you, being blind by your fault,
Is that she closed her eyes this long;
Just for you to refuse to open yours all along.
And now that your eyes are blind,
She is awakening; though her eyes still look behind.

She's looking behind to Calvary,
Where she blinded her eyes that day,
And yours opened to look upward
Into heaven to see that therein that is unveiled.
And now that your eyes can see,
Prepare and fly away, this time for her to be free.

But if your eyes are looking behind,
It can't be to Calvary's kind;
They are short sighted to Nicaea
Where the Jew was scared forever by man's idea
Of three Gods; a trinity
And now they join you in this alliance, though blindly.

And Calvary shall open her eyes:
As after two days, she revives,
While God's Son is under your foot,
For this second time in your Scripture-blind greedy loot,
And now that you have done it,
Be sure that your sins, by woeful plagues, will find you out.

That's why she is so invincible;
‘Cause she'll make it unbearable:
As Moses and Elijah did
In Egypt and in Israel and God couldn't forbid;
Prophets true and God supreme;
The same Lord Jesus Christ this time, which we did esteem.

In the message of Malachi Four
We did contemplate as before,
Grace and truth flowing from His lips
In the midst of religious exegesis and flips
The same message to Israel
Will show them that God is alive and His prophets real

For you've had one to curse and to bless
The Voice of God to you, I stress
So heed to this Word of your age
While the living Word of the Son of Man is on stage
To you Gentiles for a Bride
Because it will soon be too late for you and your pride

When Israel's prophets begin to sound
A trumpet's great sound all around
Of Messiah on earth again
And all Israel shall be saved as He did so explain
By those same nail-wounded hands
That did save a wretch like you and me from the strange lands

Among whom Israel shed her own blood
‘Cause she did shed Messiah's blood
But death has no more any sting;
The grave no more any victory over those to sing
That day in the Mount Zion
For the hundred and forty four thousand's redemption
