Apple Tea Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

Apple Tea

A table is set for me, For Me
A table set for you, and you
All the kingdom has come for tea
Would you like one lump of sugar or two

I am the Queen of Pretending Tea
I serve the best apple tea for free
All my friends from my bedroom come
They enjoy a fresh cup of tea

I have two brothers Frank and Ralph
They spit out their tea at me
Before you know we all laugh in fun
Until Mom makes us pretend to clean

One day, someday, So I am told
Like my mommy someday I'll be
Until and when- And maybe then
I will no longer like Apple Tea
