April Pirate Poem by Cat Hodgson

April Pirate

April Pirate

Rain gusts ripped across fields
Hurtling heavy slashing pails
Lightening hit the ground crashing
Bubbling up earths angry roar

Grumbling shaking ground for miles
Lightening electrical flashes split
Clouds flung light shows unearthly
Like tides agenda slashing ashore

On and on like a tyrant pirate
Clouds burst and lions roared
Water thrown in wallowing bails
And then a light pitter, patter finial
