April, the unstable resident at 5905 Westcreek Place,
has recently threatened me with bodily harm, a match
for the threats that issue from ‘Cat' Thomas's two sons—
first, from her son Joe Thomas, the convicted felon, and
second, from the other, who just last Saturday flashed
a holstered gun in my direction—at 5903 Westcreek Place.
All these threats of incipient violence issuing from both neighbors, and I, my sons are the problem? As always,
the police try to turn the tables, make wrong look right,
but they are failing miserably, and these two informants—
these two women—have now largely disappeared from
sight though the plots go on from out of sight, the police
often changing strategies once they read these/this poem.
