As A Beatiful Sunrise Poem by Justin Zahn

As A Beatiful Sunrise

As a beautiful sunrise,
rises over the hill.
Beauty and serenity;
became servants to your will.
As colage of colors
combine to form;
a picture, so perfect,
one can't help but adorn.
Within the sky,
a face so sweet,
like a woman once met;
overwhelming to me.
She resembled an angel,
with wings spread wide.
Like the mural;
so high, so high in the sky.
For seconds rest,
I admired the scene.
Took in each moment
like the air I breathe.
Until the Sun had raised
too high,
To where blue took
the lady in the sky.
At first, saddened,
for the picture was lost.
But remembered I did,
of a time now crossed.
Oh how this time,
taken to stop and see.
Brought back good memories
of you to me.
