As Long
I sit here all alone tonight
Listening to the storm as it arrives
The raining pounding on the rooftop
And the thunder booming will help me sleep tight tonight
As long as the lighting don't crash my dreams
As long as I can hear the rain cause it sounds good
Sounds like music to my ears
And I just image myself out there dancing in the rain
Longing and waiting for the rain to drown the pain
The thunder is getting closer now
Its so loud but sounds good
The thunder rolls in the clouds covering up the sun
Its dark and no light is around only the streetlights
The thunder loves to roar like a lion at the zoo
The lighting is bright and it peeks through the windows
Making it hard to go to sleep
As long as it keeps raining I shall not fear
The lighting strikes anything in sight
But as long as it doesn't cut off the lights
As long as the rain keeps pouring in on the rooftops
As long as thunder keeps roaring I will forever be in peace
And forever be in touch with nature
As long as it keeps raining and the thunder roars I will sleep well tonight

This sequence holds true... tis a comfortable feeling begin secure inside... I add.. as long as the drops slither down the window... I stay mesmerised.
