Autumn Days Poem by Daniel Martin

Autumn Days

Rating: 4.1

A ll the squirrels collect their nuts
U mbrellas come out and the rain comes down
T he animals all hibernate for the winter
U nder the trees the leaves dropp like snow on top of us
M e and my friends have leaf fights all day long
N o fishing or hunting.

D ays cool and frosty
A way the sun goes and out comes the wind and rain
Y ellow, gold, orange and rusted leaves
S quirrels bury their nuts in the frozen ground.

Daniel, this poem is great. It is clear, concise, well organized and VERY well thought out and presented. I see the makings of a super poet in you so keep the writing coming.
