Down flowing river
Elloping with sea
Every where, Every part
This wonderful phenomenon
Subdued humane emotions
In art of history of times
There reckon a new beginning
In future of our coming times
Moving to a scenario
where Money, Power
Rules over the world
Creeping eyes watching
To our lifes often
Survival needed
Only for the fittest
Outlooks of tougher, smarter
No more meddling
In crunch situations
Come on make your way
Out with a smile
Comes in handy risk and trial
To the present and future
Keep going on and on
Down flowing river
Elloping with sea
The last two lines 'Down flowing river elloping with sea' is really catching and conveys the meaning to awaken the youth.
I can relate to this...I see it as you saying to a young person. 'Awake and know that there is a future. Don't let the wonderful opportunity pass you by like a downflowing river with waves (elloping sea) .' Yes the idea of rags to riches is a wonderful moment and your emotions take you when you are on top; but if you continue to stay in poverty, or on the level you're on, the crab-like people on the same level who are not trying to succeed, will try to keep you there in their misery. Misery loves company. That is what I got from your poem. Every success begins small, and the vision came to pass because it started with a relaxed mind that was dreaming. Keep dreaming and seeing before it awakes, and you will find that it will awake everytime. So, be careful what you dream.
I believe the title doesn't need the word youth. 'Awakening' is just fine. GW62

Money power and muscle power are the order of the day in every country. It is the poor and middle class suffer in this ordeal. A message well brought out in the poem.
