Back Poem by Dislocated Heart

Oh soul of mines.. where have you gone?
searching far and wide,
floating into the sky..
Breaking into formation,
I feel myself tear at the seems,
breaking at the center..
Cracks of thunder,
Whips of lightning,
Sounds of the sea shaking.

on my knees..
I'm slowly breaking..
falling to pieces..
melting into stone,
frozen, the sky rains..

I feel myself slipping..
Soulless..
Meaningless life I hold..
Lost my charm..
my passion..
Dullness takes its form..
shading me into the light..

I fall back..
waking in darkness.. wishing the beat in my chest..
would bring a piece of Life..back into my eyes..
