Beauty Is A Constant Poem by Edwina Reizer

Beauty let me see you lie
before my eyes so that I
can live in peace all my days
and cling to Mother nature's ways.

For all else is a trivial scene
compared to what all beauty means,
To speak of it in perfect rhyme
brings joy to me in all my time,

And so I pass my days and find
all that's beautiful in my mind.
I see the mountains and the lakes
and mindfully it stops my aches.

I search no matter where I go
and come upon the things that grow
They console me and I comprehend
that beauty and I both have no end.
