wanted to be a nun at thirteen

but then – ran away with
a Buddhist called John

Shakespeare
who(it turned out to be)
was a drug dealer.

They married & kids
followed invariably.

Becoming Mrs. Shakespeare

not all
it was

cracked up
to be.

I like the bitter comedy of the absurd. If one could interpret the absurdity of life in a comic way and verse, it becomes a piece of art.
