Bees and ants

They say, ants, bees are organized
They build their house in common
They save foods for their future use together
They do not hesitate for the cause of their society
They are all equal
They are always happy

Human is more powerful than the bees or ants?
Human able to think better than that bees and ants can?
Together, society, equal, happy, .......?
