When reality clashes with a belief,
Strongly rooted or rigidly held,
The reality will be the casualty.
A belief is the sign post to the truth
And itself is not the truth or factual.
Clinging to belief is missing the truth.
An ass is a horse if said by the most.
We let beliefs regulate our lives
And dare not examine their validity.
We miss the bus and linger in the stop.
