Believe In People Poem by Michael Hopkins

Note: I wrote this poem inspired by an Australian movie called,2067.Believe in People was a line in the movie spoken by one of the protagonists.A hopeful message, indeed.I wrote a comment to another person just before viewing this movie and it is funny how this comment, viewing the movie and a poem all came together that day. Here is the comment,''Thanks. Once one sees glimes of the future and see that it never turns out exactly as one sees it means there are many variations and many possibilities. There are endless possibilities but people get stuck in whatever is being used for control and manipulation toward dystopoian societies. The powers that should not be are apparently a pychotic bunch with a dim, dull and dark vision and the majority of folks are buying their stories.''

This poem was inspired and written in the haiku style of poetry yesterday and published for the first time today, the 7th of October,2020.
