Bernoulli Effect Poem by gershon hepner

Bernoulli Effect

As I sit here and think of you,
I wonder whether you do, too,
but if you don’t, it doesn’t matter,
for though you’re not I hear your chatter
as if you would be here, not where
you can’t immediately share
your thoughts and say you love me truly,
effectively, unlike Bernoulli,
my pressure rises as you read
my message sent at cyberspeed.

The Bernoulli effect is the decrease of a fluid’s pressure as its speed increases.

Just have to tell you that I've come back to this several times today so as to be reminded of its loveliness. j.

Hound is right. The simplicity is just perfect and very touching. It brought tears to my eyes. j.

This is really beautiful, Gershon. So simple yet so true. I feel the desire.
