Bifida Poem by Love Bambe

Bifida

Rating: 5.0

It was a long time ago
In a rocky kingdom so close,
Where the flowers in their whites
Reflects the moon light in their beauty.
There lived a maiden by the name Bifida Phlox
With the beauty of a goddess
And brighter than the flowers in their whites.

It was a long time ago in the kingdom,
When a young man grazed around at night,
Morpho Hercules, and saw a beauty revealed by the moon light,
A goddess hidden among the rocks,
A Bifida in the cold of the night.
Her beauty calls for his arms around her,
And their love soon grew above the rocks

And it was a long time ago, when it was morning,
And the cold of the night flees the looming of the sun
That Hercules bid his night-long love good bye
Hercules is gone but his arms stains around Bifida,
And Bifida would want to reveal her beauty
In the light of the night moon.

You are white still my Bifida and fair,
Before the night comes the rain will fall,
And you will glitter again,
And be brighter than the flowers in their white.
You are white still.
