Don't you remember that first goodnight kiss in front of that big red door
Little did I ever know that I would soon love you more
And that time we sat on the steps in front of it all night
Watching all the shooting stars and waiting till morning light
And at two in the morning we had that raging battle
I stormed out of the house and slammed that door with rattle
But all the times we left we both would return
Despite from your warnings I never did learn
And every time that I came running back, when my heart felt sore
You would be waiting for me, behind that big, red door
