Bird Of Cunning Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Bird Of Cunning

sharp
bird
of
cunning
skies
you
fly
not
now
nor
hop
over
the
clouds
delight
in scaling
cloud after cloud
no
dusk
nay
sunset
ceased
that
and
now
you
in
your
hefty
leavage
hide
and
tree-bough
bear
you
bird
that
as
the
lark
was
of
the
skies
neither
the friendly
moon
will
entice
you
emerge
no
rest
where
you
are
night
be
not
your
stage
no, not your stage
