Birth of Humour
An embodiment of nature's action plan,
a solo performer in the playhouse
performing in one of the concluding episodes,
he is now in a denial mode,
denying his earlier roles.
Having severed his umbilical cord,
that connected him to the evolutionary chain.
Proud to have distanced himself
from the rest of animal world,
yet the beast now distinctly exists
deep on his inside.
He is aware of all this
and of being trapped twice -
in his physical frame
as also his conscious mind;
destined to a two-fold strife;
An outcome -
of nature's strange action plan;
he understands the situation,
and knows that
there is only one exit-
to laugh it out;
and humour is born.
