I wish, I wish upon a star,
that the distance between us.
Wasn't as far.
If only my wishes could come true,
instead of me being here.
I would be with you.
Oh, how many hugs and kisses we'd exchange,
and love on n' wrestle with each other.
Nothing at all would be weird, nothing would be strange.
To be able to wake up to your face,
and look into those gorgeous eyes.
It would be such a wonderful place.
As the days go on and we grow stronger,
my fear of losing you gets bigger.
For my days just get longer.
The day, I surely do crave,
is the day to see you face to face.
I'll wait for that day, even till I go to my grave.
Something about you keeps me holding on,
it keeps me fighting to keep you.
But something I can't put my finger on.
As I come to my poem's end,
I think about how my love for you came so quickly.
It's something quite hard to comprehend..
