Blossom Poem by Claire Galpin

Blossom

The short duration of the blossom
Gives out so much pleasure with its beauty
The dancing branches in all their glory
So strong a tree, so delicate it moves
The dainty shades of the flowers
Flicker in the sunlight
The haste of the wind takes the blossom
Blowing about so carefree
The carpet of petals brighten the paving
For the short duration of the blossom.
