Blue Blood, Red Blood Poem by Hebert Logerie

Blue Blood, Red Blood

Nobody has blue blood running in their veins
Otherwise, that would be a serious sign of infections
And powerful antibiotics would have been warranted
Therefore, all human beings are naturally red blooded.

Blue blood is an invention of a convoluted mind
Oops! I am genuinely sorry, if I don't sound so kind
Don't believe in that blue blood theory or fantasy
Enough bulls are going on, and life isn't a comedy.

Everybody has red blood flowing through the veins and arteries
Blue blood is a sign of a fatal infection. Life is not a fantasy
If you're turning blue, you're dying, and will soon be in a cemetery
Stop believing in fiction and in the projects of the mad visionaries.
