Blurred Lines Poem by Ray Anyasi

Blurred Lines

Where does
this road lead?
Left or right?
What's my politics?

I turn left,
they violate
my religion
by my humanity.

I go right, they violate
my humanity
by my religion.

But my humanity
does not violate
my religion.
And my religion
never violates
my humanity.

This roads lead
not left nor right.
It leads to me.
