before you close
my book
and judge me
i want you to know
that i have a
happy soul
i do not understand
my ghoulish
fascination
with writing of
madness
and anguish...
perhaps it is a
natural desire
for
self-pity
and attention.
or could it be that i've
stolen the style
of my own
role-model writers?
...or better yet
the simple fact
that madness-
is entertainment?
