Breath Management

Breath Management

Breath management is the way we inhale and exhale
Over worries and tensions, a deep breath helps us prevail
A systematic movement of fresh energy and air
To breathe deep, few minutes every day we must spare

Humans from all spheres must learn the techniques to breathe
Regulate, we must, the flow at a slow and steady speed
As successes and failures fluctuate between life and death
To acquire concentration and calmness, we must respect our breath

Organizations too must breathe deep or else they could die
To inhale optimism and new ideas they must constantly try
Every breath will infuse freshness, above anxieties, it will help us rise
Breathing, a supreme life-force, will enhance foresight in your eyes

Inhale, Retain and Exhale, a process of practice for every passing day
Listen to your breathing and the ocean of peace within you will always stay
With breath management, your inspirations will begin to swiftly rise
The power of breath, will elevate you to newer highs
