Broken Girl

Growing up with parents that weren't all there
Growing up in a world that degraded her
Growing up hating the world and everyone in it
Broken Girl
Who was whole once
They ripped her apart
They stole her hopes and dreams
Broken Girl
Who wanted to die
To run away from all the hatred
But she could never leave
Instead she stayed and put up with them and their hatred
Slowly she started to fall apart inside
She felt just like a doll
A empty, Beaten down, Ripped apart DOLL
Who walked around pretending to be happy
And still every birthday she wished someone would save her
safe her Before it was to late.

Broken Girl who just wanted to be whole again

Poem of the Day

poet Robert Frost

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
