Bull Doser Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Bull Doser

Uninformed.
Minds are naked.
Yet only will address,
Accepting what is faked.

Unconvinced,
Awareness pays.
If awake,
They try to stay that way.

Bull doser.
One easy to bowl over.
And quick to dupe,
On rumors to believe them true.

Serious issues,
Remain ignored.
Regardless if they flash,
In neon and high on billboards.
This message many take,
As a sign...
They should run and try to find,
Anything that 'blings and shines'.

Bull doser.
Deep in sleep and fantasized.
Reaching for delusions.
To imitate a life of lies.
Charaded, hidden and disguised.

Bull doser.
Uninformed.
Yet only will address,
What is on the surface.
That serves no purpose.
If it can't be purchased.

Bull doser.
Easy to bowl over.
And quick to dupe on rumors.
Tricked to fool and use.
Manipulated.
Mindless.
Yet...
Dependable allowing being abused!
