yesterday i was home alone, left only to my thoughts,
yesterday i cried, with all the sadness that you brought,
you think that you own me, as you said yesterday,
you think you can hurt me, as you did yesterday.

i hate to think im struggling, for to struggle i refuse,
if i struggle then i do not cope, and cope i will,
i will not let you win, win you will not,
it hurts i cant say that it doesnt, but i can manage.

you took my life away, yesterday and those days before,
but now your gone, gone somewhere i hope to stay,
dont know where you are, where you are i dont care,
because now i am free, and now you cant hurt me,

but even if you did hurt me, hurt me like before,
it would be ok, because after all it may hurt,
hurt it most probably will, but i can manage.
