Well, this is an excellent and insightful poem into that humungous birth of eight infants at one time out in California, Jim. It is also written perfectly in the new Ameri-ku form. With no husband, no home, no job, we all wonder what that woman was thinking! Still, the babies all appear healthy so maybe God will bless them all. Fourteen children in one house is going to be quite an experience! Carl.

A very fine poem indeed, Jim. These parents are truly blessed and likely very tired. I can imagine them saying:
Young'uns, Young'uns everywhere
No time to even fret
Young'uns, Young'uns everywhere
So many diapers wet.
A thoughtful write my friend....10...
