Call Me Crazy Poem by Les Branson

Call Me Crazy

I've climbed the mountains,
I've sailed the seas,
I've crossed rivers,
I've chopped down trees,
I've traveled the desert,
I've howled at the moon,
But every road takes me back to you.

I've swam in the oceans,
I've chased after ghosts,
I've explored the caverns
And I don't mean to boast,

But I've seen your vision
In every lake,
I was searching for you
Every step I would take.

Now I've been shot, I've been cut
And I've been torn in two,
But nothing could stop me on this journey
From getting back to you.

You can call me crazy,
You can call me a fool,
You can call me lazy,
You can call me old school,

But one thing is for certain
And make no mistake,
It is you that I'm after
At the end of the day.
