I was sitting on my terrace,
A smile lit up my face.
As I looked up
Sipping tea from my blue cup.
The sky was overcast,
I don’t know when was the last
Time I felt so serene and gay.
It had to be due to the cool breeze, rare in May.
In no time it started to pour,
A tiny black bird came to rest at my door.
It looked disheveled as it was soaked to the skin.
I felt she was in some way my kin.
The colors, shapes, capricious moods of nature
Filled me with a sense of wonder.
And I thought what fun the creator
Must have had letting his imagination wander.
After a hot April, the cool air was a treat,
And I let my senses feast
On the beauty around me,
Isn’t it sad we are too busy to see
That God is present everywhere,
We just forget to stand and stare.
What a lovely poem about the plainest things in the world, which still all but bear the magic seed of God's wonderful creation in themselves! Something that we all ought to remember more often, which seems to be your good poem's message to all of us humans.

I would like to translate this poem
Again you have captured the beauty of nature...and why we should take time to appreciate it...there is nothing more stunning to me than a sky full of stars...and nothing more taken for granted....Coach
