Carelessly,
Starting a conversation,
Waiting to see,
If you will respond,
Don’t blame you,
If you don’t want to talk,
If you just walk away,
Yet,
You stay,
It makes my day,
I want to say,
Thank you,
But that,
Would push you away,
So instead,
I say good night,
Wondering,
How long will this last,
Because of the past,
I know,
It will not last,
Though I have tried,
To learn from it,
The past determines,
Everything
