Celebrate Everything You Know
Wind keeps blowing at my back
Forcing me the way back home
Every appearance I make is an attack
Each one cuts to the bone
A feeling runs through me every time
Every time I step into that place
I can’t seem to find the rhyme
To erase every trace
I’m standing in the doorway of darkness
Looking for a single shred of light
To Aleve this awkward stress
That has got me so tight
I’m going home
Home to those memories
Home to myself
Have a good a time
This feeling can’t keep me down
It’s got a hold of me
I wear it like a honeyed crown
For the world to see
Greed is filling my ears
Polluting every decent thought
They try to find meaning in tears
They never meant to brought
I can’t even change my world
What makes you think you can?
I’m in the true answers cold
While your bliss’s biggest fan
I’m going home
Home to those memories
Home to myself
Have a good a time
With each passing moment
Is a new version of myself
Have a good time
