I'm no longer blind and now I see
that nothing can stop my destiny
Broke open the seals to my door
it's not as cold inside anymore
I'm warm again
the fires burn within
My heart it no longer sleeps
as once again it beats
Opened the box inside my head
All my scars and wounds have been fed
I feel the bitter coldness die
I hear my inner armies cry
weeping joyful battle songs
righting all my broken wrongs
I am tearing down my wall
but the rain continues to fall

I think that it may fall forever
if we fail then we fail together
The rain like blood feeds my soul
Love like the rain makes me whole
Once everything seemed so strange
now it all has seemed to change
One time I knew the feeling fear
but now instead I shed a tear
That feeling of fear has long left from me
Everything is how it is meant to be
As is the ever pouring rain
that washes away all my pain
