Changing Winds Poem by jodde taylor

Changing Winds

Surrounding this angelic night,
sweetly the breeze moves
through the trees;

Swaying with tease,
wild fragrances
racing toward a new day,
following the stars;

They chase the night,
raising a distance between us
beauty brings you near to me;

In currents of changing winds,
my ears find mysterious sounds
in a space, where everything changes;

Nowhere will be the same,
the sits in humble dimensions
above a world without pretension;

This flow absorbs,
each speck of time
from now til then and back again;

You wind around me,
a rising staircase,
ever taken away
oh immersing sky;

How fragile,
we must seem
pieces of life born to you-
an inescapable majesty;

You always find me,
again and again.
