Childlike Ways Poem by Samuel Samuelson

Childlike Ways

the words of my heart written in big font,
not for when your eyes wander,
not for when anger blinds,
not for others.
But written big, written by one love to another,
to remind you of our youth.
when your eyes locked deep into mine,
when your laughter filled the enchanted time,
when none other but i was your life.
in those dimming dark nights
remember those fleeting distant days
of joy so tender living Childlike Ways
