No Don't But Do Poem by Samuel Samuelson

No Don't But Do

Don't tell me you love me,
Don't give me a sense of your staying,
Don't twist our hearts together,
Not as you do or don't,
but rather you will or won't.
Do, my darling, tell me lies,
Do, my sweetie, give your all,
Do, my World, twist my fate,
Not as love derived,
but rather joy deprived.
