There is choice to choose
Lots of grounds to gain or loose
Thoughts san action may serve no purpose
There are many things to act rather than to suppose

If you want to liberate then rise in rebellion
Don’t watch it from far end and sit in pavilion
It may need more blood and concrete action
Use of good words may invoke no reaction

Let the ground become wet with blood
Let there be hundreds of death without food
Let nature turn against for the want of support
But remember ship may turn one day at port

Armed rebellion is not the answer
This has been chosen by the fewer
Non-violence and disobedience has yielded results
Even though that has cause pain and insults

I wish whole Africa rises in rebellion
Shun the violence and resorts to campaign
No killing of innocent people and loosing of goal
Energy can be obtained by burning the coal

Ignite the passion and infuse the spirit
Hold the fire urn and take it to meet
All challenges that lay ahead in your way
Drive all the forces from your path far away

I know it may be longer
But not impossible any longer
It may create favorable condition
Where Africans may have real union

Uphold your unity and value
See the outside world with review
Work out for the mission and surge ahead
Message will be well understood and read
