Cinnamon Poem by Manager Poet

Cinnamon

This is such a wonderful spice.
It brings grilled cheese to life.
It is also the color of her hair.
Her are eyes brown and skin is fair.

I write this poem from the heart.
Somehow, I knew her from the start.
Only God knows if she is the “One.”
Finding out is going to be fun.

She is pretty, smart, and logical too.
My characteristics are found in a zoo.
Distance separates the flesh you see.
Souls must bond first, is my only plea.

Once separate, souls begin to unite.
Together, they walk towards the light.
God is with them along the journey.
Salvation is certainly no tourney.

Her prayers bring me closer to Him.
She spiritually fills my cup to the brim.
First and foremost, she is my spiritual babe.
Her humility reminds me of one called, “Abe.”

This is such a wonderful spice.
It brings grilled cheese to life.
It is also the color of her hair.
Her are eyes brown and skin is fair.
