Circle Of Friends Poem by Walterrean Salley

Circle Of Friends

Rating: 5.0

There's a time for flowers to bloom
And for birds to sing.
There's a time for people to meet.
And a time for everything.

Friends come and friends go;
Some we never get to know.
But others—by some plan disguised—
Become a part of our lives.

Friends beget friends and so
A loving atmosphere flows.
And very soon, before you know,
That circle has begun to grow.

From time to time, we meet new friends,
Some from near and others far.
We give them of our warmth and love
And make them part of who we are.
