Do you think I miss you?
Because I really do.
Whenever I close my eyes,
The one person I see is you.

How could you leave me like this?
Did you think I would move on?
Because now more than ever in my life
I wish that you weren't gone.

When you told me it was over
You said you'd still be my friend
When did you decide you didn't love me that way?
Why did your life end?

You always seemed so happy
Told me every little thing
You used to tell me about our kisses
And the happiness they could bring.

You used to hold my hand in yours
Afraid that you would break me.
We used to laugh about tiny details
You used to say, 'Forever we will be'

But now we aren't together
And the sadness will not end.
I wish that you could come back.
