Come To The Future Poem by Nikhil Sharma

Come To The Future

Come to the future, what life you're living
a disgruntled soul is waiting to startle you,
is it cursed or blessed just try to fit in,
dont worry it only depends on the present's bloom.

Im walking down these streets dupe me,
I speak to the dogs and offering my hand,
trees are staring and flashlights make me see,
I wish they all can see my grief despite the sand.

Ploying politicians world is in your palm,
thats just an old story with raging youth involved,
we stand on the brink of new realm,
weary bodies are done with process of mould.

Come see riders in the storm war is over,
alert discerning creatures are found by the law,
teenagers quitting drugs and getting sober,
they no more want to engage in a brawl.

its bad for the rock and roll its gone,
with Music in-out stupefy listener's head,
in no way it can be diminished by a sloane,
Nobody remembers you now poor musician, its sad.

It wasnt felt before; My taint,
fun and laughter were neglecting me,
but now it feels good they stopped their cant,
after tears and pain used to smack me furtively.

Envisage parents supporting their children,
go follow your dream botch your passion,
'Carousel Life' is over blow the siren,
Swim in the puddle of dreams, start new action.

You are the captain of your ship,
which is never gonna sink,
go in that ocean dont think,
Just Swim!
