Comical Play Poem by Jessica Kissner

Comical Play

Rating: 2.7

Why can’t I get this right,
I can’t seem to get the drive,
We have to rehearse and recite.

We all need to unite,
We are going to do it live,
And the time will be tonight.

Everyone is quiet,
We have to thrive,
As the curtains go up in flight.

We start out with delight,
As the actor played it with rive,
And the crowd laughed like Dynamite.

We bow on the sit,
We had it down and thrive,
And the people clap polite.

It has died down to quiet,
I have gotten the drive,
We all reached a new hight,
I can’t wait for the new play to arrive.
