Cool Calm Evening

The heat from the day
Gets cooled my an evening breeze
Just enough to cool it off
Knowing you will not freeze
In fact it's rather comfortable
As the sun slowly fades
Baked in the sun all day
Now we're cooled by the shade
Evening will fall softly
As daylight slips away
Then before you know it
Comes the birth of a brand new day
