Covid Notes.. Poem by RIC BASTASA

Covid Notes..

at 6 pm i dance the
chacha, switch to salsa,
and rumba,
back to chacha, switch to
tango, and then
to disco, and then to zumba,

and then when i feel so
tired, i sit on the bench
sip my cool lemon juice,
and listen to classical music
from Chopin to Beethoven
to Strauss,

and then it is time for silence
gazing at the stars,

listening.

Classical music is heard with wonderful vision. This poem is wonderfully penned with amazing reflectivity.
