Creativity Will Seldom Wait Poem by Terence George Craddock

Creativity Will Seldom Wait

creativity can be very invasive
no respecter of time or place
coming in quiet moments

or no time
extremely busy
work moments

creativity can come in quiet
reflective moments
sitting at a table

sitting in a chair
lying on a bed
watching TV

in the shower
on the tiolet
waking from sleep

trying to sleep in dream sleep

creativity can show up
anywhere at any time
creativity does not

care if your watching
a movie or eating
resting working

or sleeping

creativity can be very invasive
no respecter of time or place
but if you want to catch creativity

make haste make haste creativity
is a fleeting meeting creativity
will not often wait will seldom wait

so when art muse whispers
lightly taps or smacks
artist in the face

create create create
in haste because creativity
will seldom wait
