Can I tell you a secret
There's a cold in my heart
I can feel it freeze over
When we are apart
I fall into blackness
Never touching the side
With no rope no way back
I fall into the void
A silence surrounds me
My heart beats and fades
Till I think it's the bottom
But that isn't the case
I just keep on falling
Where it ends I can't tell
Then your there I can feel you
And my fear you do quell
When u enter the room
I feel alive and complete
And I wish to embrace you
As I feel it's our fate
I don't care who's watching
Just don't care what they say
But I can't hurt one other
That is not in my way
I want you to feel me
Feel my eyes watching you
Feel me deep in your stomach
Know my love pours on you
U deserve to be worshipped
There is goodness in you
And your love it does heal me
With your touch I am free
I need you to know this
Only words can I write
No more am I angry
Or in search of a fight
But in you a companion
Someone dear to my soul
Who fills me with emotion
And does capture me whole
If I could just show you
The inside of my heart
I'd rip open my chest
And take you back to the start
It happened so quickly
I just knew it was you
That was put on this planet
With the key to my darkness
And to let in the light
When I am with you
And I know you are near
Then my love is eternal
Nothing more do I fear
Your laughter brings warmth
To the coldness in me
Your eyes penetrate me
I don't know what they see
But way down in the depths
Where I lock it away
Something is soothing
Making the pain go away
It's with you that it happens
No one else knows this trick
When I leave you is ceases
And again I feel sick
You have entered my world
And brought warmth to my life
If my decision was easy
Then you would be my wife
Your love would complete me
And your smile make me see
There's an escape from the darkness
When your love came to me
