Better to cry than suppress feelings
Let your pain be in a flood of tears
Tearing is not a sign of weakening
Nor are tears a show of unsaid fears

Tears unmask a compassionate heart
Empathize easily the ebbs of the heart
Tears undress the real-person make-up
Quick to tears but laughter quick-start

Crying is something child-like human
Tears are heart's words spoken
Tears of joy is something golden
Tears and laughter are endowments

Your tears help understand others' tears
You are stronger after the rain of tears
You better understand your heart stirs
Tears are precious soulful beads of pearls

Your tears cleanses your soul
You resolve to grow to be more
Tears beautify love-giving whole
Tears colour life, give a purpose to live for
