Da Vinci Blues

Kriecht der Blues
durch meine Saiten
malt da Vinci
auf meinen Seiten
Welten des Lächelns
um mich zu erreichen.

Um dich zu erreichen
lächeln Welten
um in deinen Seiten
von da Vinci gemalt
in meine Saiten
zu kriechen zum Blues.

Im Hell-Dunkel
deiner Natur
lächelt jede Seite nur
um in den Weiten deiner Welten
von Saiten zu träumen
die nur im Blues gelten.

Poem of the Day

poet Walt Whitman

ARM’D year! year of the struggle!
No dainty rhymes or sentimental love verses for you, terrible year!
