Dad, Thank You
You gave us roots
You gave us wings
You gave us life's
Sweet songs to sing.
You taught us how
To crawl, then fly.
To spread our wings
And take the sky.
A countless wealth
Of thanks to you
For all you've done
And, yet, still do.
